1. I conquer fear…
Not at all? I am a very shy, quiet person in person. A lot of things frighten me and make me shake. I have gotten better with a lot of things, but I still tend to avoid certain things if I can get away with it. With that being said though, I now just do whatever is scaring me and by the time I am done, I am like wow I did it and that was fun, I should do it more. OR oh thank god that is done, no more.
Below you’ll find one time that I was scared crapless to do something, but I did it and enjoyed it so much.
2. I follow my heart…
always. At least I always try to. It’ll usually tell me what is right or wrong. Also, I love that my heart is so giving and it loves to give and then grows when I do it.
3. I feed my soul by…
going to the ocean. The sound of the waves, the feel of the breeze, and the smell all help me feel centered and wonderful and amazing. There is nothing else like it. Which is why my favorite place to go is the beach and hopefully get some kind of ocean view/oceanfront hotel or house to rent and there we have happy without having to leave our house/room.
Other forms are reading, game nights/parties, going on hikes, laughing with Jason, and loving/hugging Roxy among a billion other things.
4. I used to worry about _____ but then I…
uhm….I am a worrier, about EVERYTHING – I just can’t help it. I try and just let things be because my worrying about it isn’t going to change it, but it still needles away at mean bugs me and sometimes makes for sleepless nights. I need to just stop and enjoy life and stop the needless worry that I really can’t do a thing about. I try. Especially when it comes to Jason’s high blood pressure, I need to just let it go…there is only so much that can be done on his end. Let it go.
