Oh! This week! It just felt off. Which is why I am a tad late getting this up as well. I had been so good at getting it up Thursday evening and here it’s already Friday, almost late afternoon. Just, I don’t know.
Most of what happened this week happened after the week of photos had ended. But, Wednesday after we got oil delivered for our furnace, I went down to see if the furnace needed reset (it does quite often) cause I thought it should have turned on by now. It was still on and on stand-by. But, I stepped in a puddle of water and couldn’t figure out why my sock was all wet.
I get the other light turned on in the basement to actually be able to see and oh my…the water tank is leaking. The rug that was there was soaking wet and there was a bit of water around it. Oh great! I call Jason and let him know. He says he’ll call Dad and get him to come down if he can. His Dad came down and Jason was on his way home from work. We couldn’t see it leaking anywhere, but Dad wiped it up and thought there didn’t seem to be any water again. Jason gets home though and they go down and there is a bit of water there.
So a new water heater is needed, this one was 35 years old though, so it was probably overtime for it. We got that Thursday evening and we’ll set it up the rest of the way later today.
Thursday also though was Debbie’s birthday. We did our traditional birthday lunch and did a bit of shopping. Tonight we’ll do happy hour with the sisters before Jason’s game.
That’s been my week, it seemed long and drawn out and I don’t even know why. Pictures are sub-par too, but I have them and that is something.
Catch the Moment 365 for 2015 – Week 46
Day 317 – Thursday, November 12th – Received an Influenster package in the mail with a dry spray for both Jason and I. I didn’t know if I’d like the spray but was willing to try it. Same goes for Jason.
Day 318 – Friday, November 13th – First day trying it, we shall see how it goes. So far, so good.
Day 319 – Saturday, November 14th – Spontuneous game night and Jason’s birthday was a roaring success, I think.
Day 320 – Sunday, November 15th – I had big plans on Sunday to get blog work done and get things actually scheduled again. But after I finished my emails, I was done with the computer and needed away from it so instead we watching Mockingjay and I colored.
Day 321 – Monday, November 16th – My beautiful sleeping baby.
Day 322 – Tuesday, November 17th – I am not a fan of my face most days. Sometimes, while rarely, I like the way my face pulls together.
Day 323 – Wednesday, November 18th – And some days you take a photo for your Campbell’s community and that is the photo of the day.
