My resolution is to lose weight.
I don’t really have a resolution this year but did make some goals for myself that will better myself. A lot of my goals I started around Halloween last year – but told myself the 1st of the year I was going to enforce them more, such as eating healthier, trying to be more active and doing more stuff with my kids!
I sure did, my resolution is to become more worthy of my father Christ Jesus.. and to stick to working out for my health. @tisonlyme143
I didn’t really make resolutions but I set kind of set goals, to read thru the Bible, to get more organized, try to do the things I need to do to be able to walk.

Our resolution was to start eating healthier and to start walking more. We are in our 60’s and need all the help we can get.
