Oh, hi there! I unexpectedly took the last week off. It was Lily’s birthday week, and I was preparing for her special day and a big party. I decided a few days into the week that just taking the week off my laptop, for the most part, would be my best option to be a little less stressed feeling. This 2022 Catch the Moment 365 Week 33 shows it was Lily’s week, and we did our best to spoil her.

Where has the time gone? We officially have a big 1-year-old. Can you believe it? A whole year of shining light and a lifetime to go. She is stubborn, a social butterfly, and a turkey butt. But gosh, we love her.

2022 Catch the Moment 365 Week 33
Day 224 – Saturday, August 13th – Clark County Fair time and our favorite event – Tuff Trucks! I bought Lily these excellent ear protection; for the most part, she didn’t mind them on. Sadly Tuff Trucks were not as exciting as most years, which made me sad.
Day 225 – Sunday, Auguniqueh – Jason made special grilled cheese for dinner, and Lily had 100% approval, as noted by her face full of food.
Day 226 – Monday, August 15th – Happy 1st Birthday, sweet Lily girl. We love you more than words can say.
Day 227 – Tuesday, August 16th – We were waiting to be called in for Lily’s 1-year-old wellness check. She was lounging as we waited. Note her cute Holy Cow I’m One outfit she wore the previous day for her birthday.
Day 228 – Wednesday, August 17th – Gave her milk and water for lunch in her Munchkin 360 cups, and she was two-fisiting drinking for a bit. She decided she much prefers her water and not cold milk yet.
Day 229 – Thursday, August 18th – I cleaned the whole house for Lily’s party and squeezed in a bath before Lily’s bedtime. Still reading Hello, Summer by Mary Kay Andrews and loving it; it just takes me forever to finish books.
Day 230 – Friday, August 19th – Little miss up to no good. Lily was trying to squeeze by the tote to get up the stairs. Yes, she can crawl the full stairs if given a chance.
