Taco vs Burrito Card Game: Why Families Love This Hit

We love a good game night. There’s something great about simply sitting around the table (or floor) and playing a game. You are not staring at screens. You are simply connecting with others at the table as you share laughs and try to win the game. I’ll admit we hadn’t been able to do many game nights since having Lily, but it’s all slowly coming back to us, and it’s giving me great joy. I am here today to share about the Taco vs. Burrito Card Game – where you get to start a food fight.

I am here to tell you that, although the game states 7+ to play, Lily, who will turn four next month, played, and I must say she did well. We helped her along, of course. However, she made good choices about which card to play. So keep that in mind as I tell you all about Taco Vs. Burrito Card Game.

The Fun We Had

Jason and I had played Taco Vs. We had played the Burrito card game before, but we couldn’t recall how to play it when we last played. All we could remember before diving in again was that we enjoyed the game once we got the hang of it.

This time around, we let Lily play. We had her lay her cards on the table face up for us to see, too, and help her along. While we sometimes guided her on what might be best to play, for the most part, she picked out her cards and did so well.

As for Jason and me, we enjoyed it, and it was simple to pick up again. We would have played it again, had we not had a day filled with tasks we needed to complete.
