November Upgrades – Little Updates to the House with Wayfair

I was beyond giddy when Wayfair started opening back up their blogging program – I was a part of it for a short time quite a few years back and valued it so much. Being able to upgrade small parts of our house (and likely Idaho Deer Haven, too) and share the process with you all is exciting. I requested my first four products in November, but with my eye floaters and the Holidays rushing in, I was only able to share on social media. Today, I am thrilled to share our November upgrades in full, highlighting the selections I made.

As I have mentioned repeatedly, both of our homes need significant updates. I figure, though, if I can do this and that here and there, we’d slowly get there. Who knows? Maybe I can schedule a full room to do it all at once with the blog work. One never knows. I am excited to start sharing our updates, though, and see where we go from here. I hope I share something you’ve been eying, or maybe something you never even thought of or saw before. Remember, buying through the links helps me earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. So thank you in advance. Here we go, our first updates with Wayfair from back in November.

November Upgrades – Little Updates to the House with Wayfair

November was my first month being accepted for this part of the Wayfair Creator program, and so I was giddy (and also overwhelmed by my choices) – so I picked things randomly and quickly that caught my eye. I am much more selective now and know what areas I am mostly looking for. The November upgrades focused primarily on lighting. Which ended up being fun and brought great light to our house (and one cool).

The Wayfair Products for November Upgrades

DONEUS Kids Duvet Cover Set

The one product I grabbed that wasn’t a lighting item. Previously, I had only one duvet for Lily’s bed, which can be inconvenient if something gets on the main duvet I’m using. She loves rainbows (unicorns, and fifty million other things), so I thought, how completely perfect is this?

The duvet arrived quickly. I washed and dried it before putting it on Lily’s bed. I noted that it felt so soft as I was putting the down comforter in the duvet. Then loved that it had a zipper for closure instead of buttons. It comes as a three-piece set: duvet cover and two pillowcases. The perfect addition to Lily’s room.

4-Light Adjustable Farmhouse Lantern Chandelier

This was actually the first item I picked, as I was madly scrolling through the items I was able to pick from. We had an older fan/light combo in the dining room, which was great. But we hadn’t used the fan itself since we updated our HVAC system. It seemed more like a dust and grime collector, so I was more than happy to update this one.

Jason installed it quickly and easily. It adds so much more light to our dining room, which I love. We will likely move a hook above the table so we can string the actual light right above our dining room table in the near future. But for now, it works great and looks amazing.

4-Light Dimmable Vanity Light For Bathroom Mirror

I made a slight boo-boo when I picked out this vanity light for the bathroom. I could have sworn we had a light above the sink already. But, unfortunately, we didn’t. This one took a bit more time and effort to get up. Thankfully, Jason does maintenance, so he knew exactly what to do.

It is now up and providing so much more light in our bathroom. We are loving it. It’s pretty and full of light, so you can see what you are doing in there. It dims, but we don’t have that option yet, nor do I know if I want it. I like full light.

Ceiling Fans With Lights And Remote Fandelier

The last product I picked for the November upgrades was this fan/light for our bedroom. We had been looking for something very similar, so this was an easy and necessary fit for us. Our bedroom is in the attic, so it can get very warm at almost any time of year. Having a fan on top of us that didn’t take up much room was much needed.

House of Hampton Light and Fan

Once again, this was an easy install for Jason and looks great. I think the fan will be a great addition on warmer days, and the light provides the best illumination for our room. Note that there is also a nightlight feature, which could be useful for a child’s room. It also includes a remote to control the fan and adjust light settings.

November Upgrades with Wayfair Wrap-Up

Those were my four picks for November with the Wayfair Creator program. I love the little updates we were able to make and look forward to sharing more with you. What types of home products are you looking for right now? I would love to find some tailored things for you all and share them.
