Do you know your blood pressure?

I received this product free through Tomoson to give my honest review with.  However, all thoughts and pictures are my own, and I was in no swayed just by receiving this product for free.

If you don’t know your own blood pressure, you probably should.  Blood pressure is an important part of your overall health.  Average blood pressure should be around 120/80 for a healthy adult.  While 130-139/85-89 is consider high normal.  While you don’t have high blood pressure, but its a caution stage to where maybe you should do some more to get it a bit lower, but no real concern.  Anything over 140/90 is considered actual high blood pressure.  A lot of the times though you can get your own blood pressure lower just by doing some different life style changes.  Its all really in your hands, so get your blood pressure checked and find out your numbers.

I can’t begin to tell you how excited I was to receive this Ozeri CardioTech BP3T Blood Pressure Monitor.  I had been wanting one for sometime so was thrilled when I got accepted to review this product.  Growing up my Dad had had open heart surgery and so a blood pressure machine had always been a staple in our house, which is part of the reason I was excited to have my own.

It amazes me how far technology has gotten since I recall the ones that my parents had compared to this one.  When we checked my Dad’s blood pressure, Mom always had to pump it up for him and wait as it got to the right area, this you just put it on and push the button and there you go to checking it. Its so easy you can do it by yourself, which is nice.

I found the Ozeri CardioTech BP3T Blood Pressure Monitor accurate and so easy to use that anyone can do it.  It all came in a handy little zipper case to store it in, so no worries about losing anything and easy to take with you to travel if you so choose.  The screen is easy to read and is backlight and slightly angled to make it even easier to read.  At the bottom of the screen it’ll tell you if you are in the optimal range, normal, high-normal, mild, moderate, or severe range while being able to pick up an irregular heartbeat that would pop up at the side of the panel. 
This machine can store readings for two different people with the easy A/B slider at the very top.  I’m A, and my husband is B.  When you click the memory button it will also give you your overall average(after three readings), which makes it nice to know about where you are on average and weather you need to get to the doctor or not.  It runs on 4 AAA batteries or a separate AC Power Adapter that you can buy as an accessory (which I am thinking of doing myself).
An excellent product and would choose it again if I was in the store picking up my own model.  If you have been wanting a home blood pressure machine pick this one up, I doubt you’ll be disappointed in the least.  Find it here at Amazon.
