Making your own Pictures into Puzzles with Piczzle

My husband and I love doing puzzles together.  It’s one of the ways we love to spend a rainy and/or snowy weekend.  We don’t get out puzzles to do as often as we really should with real life getting in the way and having to do this or that.  We do love doing them though and have a pile of puzzles to do in the basement just waiting for our eager hands.

I was very excited when I was approved to do a review for Piczzle Photo Puzzles.  I applied after taking the photo in the Week 2 of Catch the Moment 365.  Jason had mentioned as I took the picture that it would make an excellent puzzle, and many of you agreed when I posted that week’s photos.  I was sad it only mentioned receiving a small or medium puzzle for review, though, so I emailed them to ask if I could maybe get bumped up to a large or x-large so we could have an adult puzzle since we didn’t have any kids, and it would be my husband and I working on it together.  They were more than happy to do so, and we received an x-large puzzle, which is 500 pieces, of the amazing fruit & vegetables in the sink to wash!

I am getting this review up a little later than I would have liked and we haven’t finished the puzzle just yet, but wanted to get my review up now and will put up another post later with our finished puzzle and a few more details.
Steps of the Piczzle Puzzle

This puzzle is HARD.  I really haven’t been able to help Jason to do it like I would have liked, there is just too much of the same colors.  Jason is a bit giddy though on really how hard it is.  It’s snapped together well and seems to hold once you put the pieces together, which on puzzles sometimes just doesn’t happen.  It seems very well made and matches my picture perfectly.  I love that my picture is on the box and it looks so professional.
