Week 8 #CatchTheMoment365 for 2014
Trying to get back on track with everything after vacation has been very hard. I thought I’d have a decent connection, but that wasn’t the case – I had a VERY VERY slow DSL that crawled more then anything. I therefore couldn’t do much in terms of working, and it left me so far behind that it’s a bit nuts. I feel like I am trying to get out of a hole and just keep piling the dirt on top of me instead of getting out.
I finally unloaded the memory card from my camera and got everything named from our vacation photos & the photos I wanted for the photo of the day into their folder on my computer. I can finally take a minute and put up this last week’s photos. I am excited there are more exciting shots this week – I think I am going to do another post a bit later with more photos of our vacation too, so I am not drowning in photos for this challenge.
There is a couple mishaps with this week’s photos. One I ended up taking with my phone and one I ended up taking another day as one that I would have “taken” that day because we got so swamped with getting settled.

By the way, I love my husband – last night he asks me have you taken a picture yet today. I said no. So he took one.

50/365 – I painted my toes in preparation for our vacation. I really should have waited until I showered to take the photo so you didn’t see my slips. But it is what it is. 
51/365 – Our game tote plus sheets to cover the furniture at the house so Roxy could get on the furniture like she is used to.
52/365 – This one is taken from my phone. I had “some” of my socks on the bed to pick through on which ones I wanted to pack to take with me. I said I may have a little sock collection problem.
53/365 – This I the house we rented on which Jason took the next night of the actual night I am posting it for. The night we got there we had to haul everything in and then go grocery shopping and then eat. I got so mad at myself for forgetting to take a photo but Jason said just take a picture of the house which is probably what you would have done anyway. So here we have it.
54/365 – This was Roxy’s favorite spot in the whole house.
55/365 – We drove the half hour or so down to Florence to spend the day and we walked around Old Town and they had this great path along the water.
56/365 – This was our view from the Master Bedroom deck. It wasn’t RIGHT on the ocean like we would have liked, but really we couldn’t beat the view we did have.
