Hi everyone! This is Chelsee this week. Can you say Lashes? Well that is the thing that drew me to this week’s winning post. I kept thinking words like “so pretty and gorgeous!” Zoe created the most pretty wrap around warm brown smokey look! In conjunction with lashes and winged liner, this look is perfection. Zoe is from the UK and is a makeup artist, blogger and YouTuber that makes really awesome videos. What I love most are her clear and beautiful pictures she posts on her blog to go along with videos.
