I’m going to let you all in a little secret. I’m hairy, so hairy and gross. I have everywhere I don’t want it and lacking in the places I do want it. It’s a huge battle for me and one that embarrasses me to no end. Now to some of you this may not be a secret at all. I don’t hide that I am hairy, though I do everything, daily, to get rid of what I can. I’d happily get rid of every hair on my body but the hair on the top of my head and my eyebrows if I could easily and affordably.
But until that time comes, if it ever were to, I have to find solutions (daily/weekly) at home that can leave me feeling a bit better about myself.
Which is why I was more than okay to test out these Parissa Wax Strips from Social Nature. I’m willing to try everything at least once on different parts of my body. So testing these for me was a given.
Parissa Wax Strips
I received this Parissa Wax Strips from Social Nature and you can too. Just request them, here, and you have the chance to get them delivered right to your own home to try yourself. It couldn’t be easier to do.
I tried them last week, finally. I had them on hand for quite some time but kept forgetting that I had them to try and would remove my hair first thing in the morning like I normally do.
These Parissa Wax Strips are made for the face & bikini area and I tried them on my face. As I have hair on my chin and my upper lip. It’s really so gross.
I’ll admit right off the bat that I have tried countless ways to remove my hair, including waxing and most hasn’t worked well. I follow the directions perfectly and do everything I am supposed to, but I am still left with hair at the end of the process.
You rub the strip together and pull apart and place the strip where you want it and quickly press down on the area to be waxed and then quickly pull off. No wait, no fuss. Just instant results.
While the Parissa Wax Strips did work at some points for me, it didn’t work fully. Which I found not surprising since waxing just hasn’t ever worked for me personally. I don’t think it’s any reflection on the Parissa Wax Strips themselves. I don’t know if its just my hair is odd and only certain things work or I am just not doing it right personally.
Why don’t you try and grab the Parissa Wax Strips yourself and see what you think? I think if you are used to waxing already, you’ll find them to work beautifully. Plus its bonus points that they are a natural product and isn’t harsh.
How did you remove your body hair? Do you wax already?
