This last week was full of a tiny adventure that was much-needed. Since we were testing out the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, we decided to do an overnight on the Oregon Coast on Jason’s weekend. It was a much-needed getaway that I didn’t even realize was so needed. We totally lucked out on an amazing room last-minute that we had a perfect view of the ocean. With chairs to sit on out on the patio, it was just perfect.
Other than our getaway, it was just another quiet normal week around here. And the pictures pretty much state just that. Woke up with a headache Wednesday which ended up making me pretty sick. Thankfully Jason got a photo that evening.

Catch the Moment 366 Week 35
Day 240 – Friday, August 26th – A pretty sunset that the camera just can’t capture the way it sparkles.
Day 241 – Saturday, August 27th – Several days later after receiving the Mitsubishi Outlander to review I finally went out and took the first photos of it. I don’t know where my head was this last week. Obviously not on my job.
Day 242 – Sunday, August 28th – Complete perfection. When you get a room the last-minute at an amazing rate and it has this view with chairs to sit on, you couldn’t be happier. We stayed at the Hallmark Resort at Cannon Beach and it was just perfect. They accepted Roxy and even gave a little bag of goodies just for her.
Day 243 – Monday, August 29th – We found this amazing area of beach on our way home Monday that we could drive the Outlander on and Roxy finally got her run free time on the beach too. We even let her play with her ball some on the beach (if you look closely you can see it in her mouth in this photo). She had a grand time.
Day 244 – Tuesday, August 30th – This frisbee was in Roxy’s goody bag from the Hallmark Resort. I told her that Mommy and Daddy will have more fun with this then you will.
Day 245 – Wednesday, August 31st – The pretty sunset Jason captured while I was sick. He was upset that the trees were in his way to really capture it.
Day 246 – Thursday, September 1st – I have this to test out and blog about, but it hasn’t moved from the dining room table yet. I should have brought it with me on our getaway to use then, but I didn’t.
