Myself, I am not a fan of blue cheese normally. But, surprisingly I found out last year that I am head over heels in love with blue cheese when it’s melted. My husband came up with this easy recipe that you can whip at home in just a few minutes. We added in the steak bites for a well-rounded meal with the cauliflower and broccoli. You can, of course, choose different sides you’d like to dip yourself.

How to Make a Creamy Melted Blue Cheese with Steak Bites
- 1/4 cup half & half
- 8oz cream cheese
- 4oz Stella® Blue Cheese
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Cut into bite size pieces and brown and season to your liking. We seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Saute garlic in a small pot. Add in half & half with the cream cheese until it melts evenly. After the cream cheese is melted, add in your blue cheese and melt. Serve Hot. I think you could also put this in a small crockpot to keep warm for parties.
