Happy 2018 you all! I was a little disappointed in myself when I went to gather for the photos for this 2018 Catch the Moment 365 Week 1 and realize I had very little pictures to show for it. But it’s okay, it’s only the first week and I have many to go.
Thankfully, it’s unlikely I’ll get really sick again where my energy is a complete zero. So there is that to look forward to in the upcoming 2018. I am also going to come up with a word for the year but haven’t thought of one just yet. It is all coming, though! As is, hopefully, a ton more posts and ideas for you all. We are going to make 2018 great, together.
2018 Catch the Moment 365 Week 1
Day 3 – Wednesday, January 3rd – Just a cute little dog in her cute little sweater. She actually got to go to Wednesday soccer and I ended up taking her in even though I rarely do that. It was cold and it was late, so I figured it would be okay. This was after we got back home.
Day 4 – Thursday, January 4th – Started to read End of Watch by Stephen King. Its the third book in the Bill Hodges trilogy. I didn’t realize it was the third until I picked this out to read. Almost didn’t read this right now and waited to get my hands on Finders Keepers, the second one in the series. But decided what the heck and started it anyway.
Day 6 – Saturday, January 6th – We went out to eat at Jorge’s Tequila Factory after we got done at Costco. I never want dessert but this sounded yummy. And look how cute it is. Way too much for just the two of us.
Day 7 – Sunday, January 7th – The first inspiration for Week 1 of 2018 was YOU. Getting yourself in front of the camera is so important. I did mine, finally, after we got done with our grocery shopping and ate dinner. It was taken simply from my camera phone. But really this is what this little yearly challenge is all about, taking it when you can get it.
How was your week? How is the beginning of 2018 treating you?
