Another week has come and gone. This week was 2018 Catch the Moment 365 Week 17. My how time flies. Here it is already May, I can hardly believe it. Most of this last week was such nice weather that a lot of the photos were taken outside, which I love.
Sadly though, all the photos were taken with my camera phone this week, every single one of them. I gotta do better about pulling out the Nikon and taking photos with it again.
But without further ado, a little peek in our last week with some photos…
2018 Catch the Moment 365 Week 17
Day 113 – Monday, April 23rd – With the full-on sunshine happening, I decided it was time to sit out in the sun to read and have a snack. I loved the book pictured, look for more details on it with my April read books round-up coming up! And you guys, I can not get enough of this Ritz crisps and this salt & vinegar was just as amazing. I could easily sit down and eat the whole bag in one sitting, not good!
Day 114 – Tuesday, April 24th – Grocery day. This is only Chucks Produce & Costco and I barely got it all to fit in the back of our Ruby the Kia Soul. This is my own dislike on this little Kia Soul. If I had gone to Fred Meyer like I normally do too, I’d be shoving the rest of it in the back seat.
Day 115 – Wednesday, April 25th – I was so excited to finally get some morning front porch sittin’ in. Reading the book you’ll be hearing about soon and my coffee. Perfection. And I really wish that photos or videos had smell-o-vision because the lilacs were really putting on a pretty show that morning.
Day 116 – Thursday, April 26th – This is the one area of our yard that I know what I am doing with. So the last few days I had been working on clearing out the weeds again and this was the progress on the second time I worked on it. It’s getting there. Though I don’t think we’ll be planting any new plants until we can get the porch redone.
Day 117 – Friday, April 27th – This picture is horrible but it ended up being the only couple I took this day. I laugh because my belt makes me look like I have this weird bumpy belly.
Day 118 – Saturday, April 28th – I was craving the yummy cheesy chicken quesadilla from the Taco Truck at Trap Door Brewing, so we walked down to enjoy a little evening out. It was pouring buckets when we walked down so Roxy got soaked and it took her forever to dry. We played a bit of rummy while there, enjoyable! That couple back there was also very nice and I wish I could find them on social media.
Day 119 – Sunday, April 29th – My Sunday soaking bath routine with my book. Both bathrooms also got cleaned along with clean sheets on our bed. Which is also becoming a Sunday routine that I love. And this book, also very good!
How was your week?
