Well, hello there, friends! I know I’ve been missing a bit, but it just got super busy, and to save my sanity (a tiny bit), I opted to skip a few weeks of photography and other fun for laptop work. But with Fall settling in this week, I feel like I can gain some balance and get back to real work. Let’s hope that’s the case, and I can prove I can get my booty in gear around here. So, with two parties and one official birthday under our belt, I am back with this 2022 Catch the Moment 365 Week 37, which catches the tail end of our time in Idaho and settling back at home.

While we’ve had two big birthday parties for Lily in the past month, it’s been crazy. I am ready to work and settle into a routine again. I also hope to highlight Lily’s parties here so you can hear and see all about them. Stay tuned for those coming soon. Until then, we have these little sneak peeks.
Ready to see a tiny bit of our last week in photos with a single shot from each day of the previous week? Then keep scrolling. Happy to have you here.
2022 Catch the Moment 365 Week 37
Day 252 – Saturday, September 10th – It was the time for the Celebration of Lifes in Idaho. We celebrated the one-year marking of Mom’s passing and her whole life. While also celebrating Lily’s first year in this vast world. We took lots of photos, including a family set of images. This photo was one of ours, where it looked like we were all hugging, but in reality, Lily just wanted in Daddy’s arms. I am wearing this dress from Amazon & Lily is wearing this set. We kind of matched.
Day 253 – Sunday, September 11th – It was time to decompress some after all the hectic activity before we headed back to Idaho the next day. I started A Disturbing Nature by Brian Lebeau, which I received free to review and tell you all about. It’s enjoyable thus far!
Day 254 – Monday, September 12th – Time for a late bite to eat on our way out of town, and Lily was enjoying her water. She loves drinking out of straws. Unfortunately, we got a much later start leaving town than we attended.
Day 255 – Tuesday, September 13th – A little Birthday love from Auntie Keelie arrived on our first day home. Mostly bath time fun. A fun fishing pole for the tub, swimming turtles (which are adorably fun), stacking cups, and more bibs.
Day 256 – Wednesday, September 14th – We were blessed with two big bags of clothes for Lily from a friend in Idaho. Here we have Lily “helping” me sort them.
Day 257 – Thursday, September 15th – Lily woke up with a low-grade fever and was only acting slightly off. Thankfully her appetite was still there, and she happily ate lunch.
Day 258 – Friday, September 13th – I happened to catch someone walking by, and they glowed for a bit as they walked. This was the reason why—such a pretty sunset to end the week.
How was your week?
