MamaBear Books New Release Review

MamaBearBooks Summer 2026-3

As I mentioned, it’s been an honor to work with Ashley several times over the course of her releasing her fantastic books. It’s with great pleasure that I am sharing a bit about the two new releases and providing a winner the chance to experience these books. Wildflower Girls: Quest to Save the Unicorn Magic is by her, and her sister Bix Balloons is being published by her company, MommaBear Books.

The Wildflower Girls: Quest to Save Unicorn Magic

This is Ashley’s first young chapter book, and I am here for it. It was such pure magic to read, and Lily and I both enjoyed it. We have been reading chapter books in the evenings before bed, and it’s our favorite. We are already ready for the second book to get into our hands. Written by Ashley Wall & illustrated by Lauren Foster, her sister!

MamaBearBooks Summer 2026-9

The unicorns are losing their magic – but something isn’t adding up. Can the Wildflower girls figure out and bring the magic back before it’s too late?

Meet the Wildflower Girls: Sunny, Sprout, Poppy, and Blossom. They are a group of very different friends all linked by the cutest charm bracelet that alerts them when help is needed. This one finds them entering Unitopia, where they must figure out where the magic is disappearing to. Will they solve it in time?

Super cute story, and I am in love with the girls already and can’t wait to see what their next adventure will be.

Bix’s Balloons

Welcoming Magan Duggan as a debut author to MamaBear Books with Bix’s Balloons – illustrated by Joana Pereira.

MamaBearBooks Summer 2026-8

Bix is a small dog with big feelings. And whatever he is feeling happens to pop up over his head, as a balloon. I felt this book quite a bit, as I often feel like there are balloons/colors over me based on how I am feeling. Come along as he explores his emotions with his balloons.

Bix is such a cute little thing and helps perfectly describe how humans go through emotions every day.
