Another Liebster Award? Why Thank You!

A long time ago – okay not really that long ago – January 22nd, 2013 – I was awarded with my first Liebster Award. The rules were slightly different this time around; the rules are as shown below.

The Rules:

1. You must link back to the person that nominated you.
2. You must answer the 11 questions given to you by the nominee before you.
3. You pick 11 nominees with under 200 followers to answer your questions.
4. You cannot nominate the person who nominated you.

My 11 questions:

1. How long have you been blogging?

I have been blogging in some form as long as I can remember really. This blog itself though I have been going in some form since 2010.

2. What is the story behind your blog name?

I was wanting to center myself more with using my blog as a business and wanted a name that could be used in a variety in forms. So I asked my friend, Kristin, and she came up with Angie’s Angle, and I thought oh how perfect. Cause I can give my angle on a variety of things and still be about my life too, because after all its my angle in all forms.

3. Who is/was the most influential person in your life?

I would probably have to go with my husband. He has been by my side for years and has been my sounding board for so many years.

4. Do you have any pets? Tell us about them.

You bet I do. I have a fur baby named Roxy! She loves to guest post on this blog & be talked about on this blog – Because Roxy Says So, My Favorite Place(s), and Introducing You to Playtime. She is the light of our lives and super duper spoiled! She turns 7 on Sunday!

5. If you could attempt to do something, and not fail, what would you attempt?

I think I would open this lodge I have had in my mind forever. It would be a big wood lodge on the Oregon Coast, but would also have cabins around it that were themed cabins. The lodge itself wouldn’t be themed, but the cabins would be.

6. What is your favorite memory?

There are many, but I think I need to go with our long vacation we took for one of my best friend, Katie’s wedding. We flew down to San Antonio and stayed the night in San Antonio before taking off the next morning for Baton Rouge, LA. We stayed in Baton Rouge two nights and then headed over to Dallas to see our friend Jaren. We stayed there a night (or two) and then headed back down to San Antonio to stay again before flying back out. Was a wonderful amazing trip with so many memories.

7. If you had to choose between makeup and hair products (shampoo, etc. not included), which would you choose?

Ugh, this is hard. Because if I do nothing to my hair its a yucky mess (to me) and if I go without makeup I feel blah. I think between the two I have to go no makeup. So at least then I have soft manageable hair. Hard though. I want both!

8. Do you have a significant other? How did you meet?

I do. I have been with Jason for coming on 16 years, married for almost 11 years of those 16. He is my best friend and I couldn’t imagine my life without him in it. We actually met online in a random ICQ message back in late 1997. Met in real life June 1998 and have been together since.

9. Favorite animal?

I love animals! My top two favorites though are dolphins (I so need to see one in person) and dogs. High up on my list though are penguins, skunks, polar bears, and koala bears!! I love zoos because of my high love of animals!

10. Do you have any hobbies, besides blogging?

I love to read, am a huge bookworm. I also love taking photos, which kind of blends in with my blog. I am learning the manual mode more on my camera as well this year, especially with being a part of the Catch The Moment 365. I still call myself a scrapbooker even though I haven’t touched my stuff in years. I also love games, in all forms.

11. Top three favorite blogs/bloggers.

Stephanie from Not Entirely Perfect – She is just awesome, I could see us being in real life friends if we lived closer!

Kelli from She Crab Soup – I won this beautiful layout from her and couldn’t be happier. She does some amazing blog tips that really help a girl out!

Alisa from The Great Mum Adventure – I met her while joining the Catch the Moment 365, and I feel such a connection with plus she does a wide variety of posts too!
