I have really sucked it up these last few weeks. We have had such a weird June that I failed several days in the row, which I totally whined about. But I do have some pictures and have collected the last two week’s worth to share with you all. Will do better again from here on out (just an FYI, the first two days of July sucked too)!
Day 169 – I caught these cute little purple flowers along our front fence. I love how you can kind of see the sun setting in the background there.
Day 172 – This day, June 21st, was our anniversary – our 11th wedding anniversary. Jason brought home these flowers for me after he ran into work for a bit that morning. Loved them! And FYI they lasted almost a two full weeks!
Day 173 – This one makes me laugh. Its out of our outtakes for our report for Crowdtap for the Schick Hydro 5 Groomer. One of the challenges was to show you kissing your spouse before shaving and be all disgusted and stuff about it. Roxy had to get in on the action too!
Day 174 – This was one of my deep cleaning projects that started on our anniversary. I cleaned out all the drawers and cabinets and cleaned everything. Getting rid of things both in the trash and goodwill. It was feeling so good!
Day 175 – This was the day I ended up falling and hurting my ankle/foot. This happiness happened before it though, where Daddy and Roxy were outside playing some football. Here is Roxy looking back to see where it’s going this time. I have some GREAT shots from this little playtime that hopefully will be this upcoming Wordless Wednesday post.
Day 176 – I had all sorts of pillows around and near the couch to try and prop up my foot to get rid of the swelling. Roxy decided that pillows were the best thing and she was going to steal them all.
Day 177 – So I was just sitting on the couch trying to rest my foot like I kept getting yelled at to do. When I point out to Jason that a car just went by that looked like it had a cow on top of it. This was actually what it was. Its some cat band out of Chicago. FYI – Jason was off the whole week for our anniversary and with my foot injury the couch and tv were how we spent it, so not the plan!
Day 178 – My Mom and her boyfriend came to stay with us for the night. Her boyfriend made this for us, we love it, but are clueless where we will put it.
Day 180 – More pillow heaven for Miss Roxy!
Day 181 – I was starting to feel a bit better, so I was able to venture outside for a tiny bit. Roxy thought the sun was just way too bright. Where are my doggy sunglasses she asked.
