I have to admit even without any human children, my husband and I aren’t the greatest at taking actual time out for each other. You’ll usually find us on our computers on either side of the couch while we watch TV most evenings.
Which is why I am here today to give you a few ideas to do just that. Hopefully, you’ll take a few of these ideas and run with them and your partner and you can be happy as clams together this Fall. Don’t be afraid to Spice It Up With Your Partner.
Happy Hours – have an early bite to eat and enjoy some happy hour prices. Alone or with a group, I can bet that you’ll enjoy each other and be closer because of it.
Game Night – it doesn’t have to be a romantic or sensual game. Any game will do. The point of doing game nights is to connect, have some laughter and have some good old competition. You’ll be amazed how much closer you feel to your partner with a game night or two.
Indoor Picnic – shut off the tv, throw a blanket on the floor and pretend you’re having an outdoor picnic. Enjoy each other. Have some wine. Share with each other some strawberries, make a cheese and cracker platter. You could even make up some fondue to have with it.
Dressing Up – it’s Halloween season. Dress up as your favorite duo either to go to a party for Halloween or even dress up at home. It’s exciting to dress up and be someone else for a night.
