  1. I usually put the kids to bed, exercise for 30 minutes to and hour, shower, and then read a little before going to bed. Fortunately, I rarely have trouble sleeping.

  2. I have quite a hard time falling asleep. My bedtime routine is washing my face and moisturizing, then reading for a while.

  3. Usually a hot shower, some reading and then I usually fall asleep pretty easily- the hard part is staying asleep!

  4. my bedtime routine consists of the usual wash face,moisturize, take out contacts and brush teeth, and then crawl into bed and usually play on my phone for a couple minutes. By the time i get around to going to bed, i am so tired that sleep comes easily. I really love the Aromatherapy Sleep collection from Bath and Body works, my kids like the pillow spray and say that it helps them sleep.

  5. I don’t have a set “routine” per say. I just listen to my body, whenever I feel sleepy I go to my bed 🙂

  6. I am going through menopause and so my sleeping pattern is way off, I will sleep for 2 hours then be up for four or five hours, and nights I work are when I get more sleep but not much.

  7. I usually stay up till at least midnight and I have to be up at 6. I just am not tired before them and am a night person.

  8. I am a night person so its hard to fall asleep before midnight sometimes I watch tv or read to help me fall asleep.

  9. I stay up too late watching netflix and entering giveaways and then when I get into bed i think about the list of things to do…

  10. I always take a nice hot bubble bath before I go to bed. I never fall right to sleep. Always thinking about something!

  11. What an awesome giveaway! My nighttime routine has been frustrating lately. I have been tossing and turning a lot due to anxiety, stress, and being sore from our recent car accident.

  12. I am retired and a bit of a night owl, so I stay up really late and get up late in the morning. I still sometimes have trouble falling asleep.

  13. Usually a fight to get my 3 yr old to bed and then I usually wake up in the middle of the night to find her in my bed using my head as a foot rest.

  14. I don’t really have a routine for bed time and have a lot of trouble falling to sleep at night. My mind doesn’t always like to shut down.

  16. I don’t exactly have a routine, my kids do-but I just go to bed when i get the chance. I have a lot of trouble sleeping at night. I need my ZZZZ’s before new baby comes!

  17. My bedtime routine is taking a hot shower then getting in my bed under my warm blankets and reading a book until I get sleepy. I normally do not have trouble sleeping.

  19. Most nights I don’t have any trouble falling asleep. I do rub an all natural lavender balm on my wrists, neck, etc. to help with sleeping though before I go to bed.

  20. Sleep? What is sleep? It takes everything I have to fall asleep and stay asleep. I can’t use sleep aids because they make me feel drugged for days.

  21. My bedtime routine is making sure everyone else is all tucked in & I lay down but I don’t sleep! I’m lucky if I get 4 hours but it doesn’t bother me too much anymore. I use to could sleep the day away but them days are long gone!

  22. I do have trouble sleeping so this would be awesome to try. Typically, I make a cup of hot green tea and then lisen to soothing music for a while and hopefully by that time, I can fall asleep.

My bedtime routine starts with obviously getting my kids ready and in bed then I start with myself cleaning my face, brushing & flossing my teeth, sometimes if a super stressed day will relax in a bubble bath. I do have troubles sleeping because I have bad neck and back pain at times, so i’m always tossing and turning.

  24. I do have trouble sleeping sometimes so I usually just go to bed whenever I feel tired enough. I don’t really have a bed time routine although I like to brush my teeth before I go to bed.

  25. I do have trouble sometimes sleeping. I try to use a humidifier to provide some noise to help getting to sleep be easier.

  26. I do not have a bedtime routine. I am retired and no longer have to live by an alarm clock, but it would be wonderful to have this awesome prize to help me get to sleep.
