It happened you guys. Somehow, I completely spaced out on the beginning days of this 2018 Catch the Moment 365 Week 5. Gathering my photos earlier today and realizing that I didn’t take a single photo Monday or Tuesday. Couldn’t tell you why it happened but it sure did! A little sad about that but at least I have the rest of the week. Plus, I have a bonus shot to end out the week because I wanted to touch on the word of the week, reflection.
We got back from a small vacation late Sunday, early Monday morning. It wasn’t exactly what we had envisioned, shorter than originally planned. But it was still nice to get away, just didn’t quite feel like the “vacation” we were hoping for. You’ll get to hear all about it though in an upcoming Wheels Wednesday post.
2018 Catch the Moment 365 Week 5
Day 31 – Wednesday, January 31st – We went out to pizza with Paul after soccer and ended up also going to Tap Union Freehouse and finding out that dogs are allowed inside too. After much waiting and seeing and finally hearing a worker saying dogs were allowed I went out to the car to get her. She isn’t spoiled at all.
Day 32 – Thursday, February 1st – Finally put my new camera strap on my camera. It’s scarf like so hopefully it won’t rub and pull at my neck so much when I have it on me.
Day 33 – Friday, February 2nd – On our way to vacation and Roxy is so excited. For a brief second, she sat here to look out the windows. But that never lasts long.
Day 34 – Saturday, February 3rd – Roxy getting her chance to run free on the beach. She so loves this free time and in certain shots, she looks like she is flying.
Day 35 – Sunday, February 4th – Trying to get a nice family vacation shot but Roxy wanted nothing to do with them. This was the cutest one out of the ones we took though.
Day 35 – Sunday, February 4th – Bonus Shot of reflection. Not exactly what I had hoped for with this word but it was late and didn’t get a chance for anything else really throughout the day. At least I got something!
How was your week?
