Originally I was pretty bummed because I realized I had already missed a photo for this first week. Not the greatest way to start off for a fresh new year. I ended up “making” a photo though and you’ll see why I say that once you get to that photo this week.
For me, it was a jigsaw puzzle week. And being a hermit that I am.
2020 Catch the Moment 366 Week 1
Day 1 – Wednesday, January 1st – Happy New Year says, Roxy! This is how she was feeling about the whole new year where new adventures await!
Day 2 – Thursday, January 2nd – Finally did my turn on the Christmas jigsaw puzzle we did this year. Jason completed it a couple of days before Christmas but I was dragging to get my butt over there to do it. For whatever reason. Springbok – Special Delivery – 500 pieces.
Day 3 – Friday, January 3rd – Okay, so this is the photo I mentioned at the top. Can you see anything weird about it? No? It just looks like a regular photo, right? It is actually pulled from one of the videos I took of us playing Nintendo Switch. I remembered that the 2020 Adobe Premiere Elements had that feature and it was so easy. Another win for that program, thanks Best Buy! Nintendo Switch playing Sports Party.
Day 4 – Saturday, January 4th – Weirdly I was craving sushi. It is something that I didn’t really like and still am really picky about what type I do like. While I still didn’t want to leave the house, I wanted sushi. Jason ended up ordering Thai Orchid and picking it up. One of our sushi’s though was the wrong type. Otherwise, it was yummy!
Day 5 – Sunday, January 5th – When your little is staring at you while you try to do the jigsaw puzzle. She never sits on that side of the couch, so it was cracking me up.
Day 6 – Monday, January 6th – Finished the Christmas jigsaw puzzle from earlier in the week and moved onto this one. It was the last of a five-pack box of Mickey pictures. Ceaco Disney – 5-in-1 box set.
Day 7 – Tuesday, January 7th – The previous night of this photo, I realized something. I hadn’t left the house since Christmas day. Besides going out in our yard area, I was homebound. It didn’t even dawn on me though. The first outing for 2020 was Jason’s Tuesday night soccer.
How was your week? I hope 2020 is off to a good start for you all!
