As I mentioned on Thursday, when I finally posted last week’s Catch the Moment 365, this week was nuts. It was busy and a little overwhelming. Because of all that and little sleep with having to get up early several days in a row, I did minimal this actual weekend. But I am happy to say that this 2021 Catch the Moment 365 Week 22 is getting up on time—Yay for little wins.

I am sitting here in my overalls, debating going outside for a bit after finishing up a few things to try and get some more weeds pulled. But also need to keep going through the kitchen to clean it and go through things to get rid of. We are hoping for our first yard sale this weekend, but it may have to be the end of June now. We have a small getaway planned in between. Our last one likely until after the baby. It’ll be weird to travel as a family of four instead of a family of three soon. And yes, I still have to get our Bend getaway trip up. I am hoping to get that type up to publish this week!
Ready to see the last week in photos now and hear/see a bit of why I felt overwhelmed? It will bleed into next week, too, so FYI.
2021 Catch the Moment 365 Week 22
Day 147 – Friday, May 28th – My blogging bestie, Jenny, from Mom Life in the PNW, dropped off this massive basket of love for us and baby girl. Roxy swears it was for her too. We loved it all!
Day 148 – Saturday, May 29th – Just a little Saturday morning brunch at home. Yummy.
Day 149 – Sunday, May 30th – We had a sponsored Pinterest pin with Nature’s Miracle; check it out. I think it turned out cute. Roxy had to endure Jason bathing her, and she was feeling quite smug for our after pictures.
Day 150 – Monday, May 31st – Just a sweet girl doing some hot sunbathing on the sidewalk. It was already mid 70’s before noon.
Day 151 – Tuesday, June 1st – It was a HOT day. It hit 95 and was still hot at almost 11 pm. Roxy opted to layout on the porch to combat some of the heat in the house. It’ll be so nice when we get our A/C for the house, so excited about that development.
Day 152 – Wednesday, June 2nd – My first non-stress test for the baby. They claim I have high blood pressure, but I don’t, so they are taking the extra precaution of checking the baby every week. I hope to do a full blog post about this development. But the quick ultrasound they did as part of this showed that the little girl has lots of hair right now.
Day 153 – Thursday, June 3rd – At Tuesday night soccer, Jason felt a pull/heat feeling in his groin shortly after the game started. He didn’t feel it was an urgent care thing, so we looked at the first open time at our clinics and found this one on Thursday morning. Thankfully, it’s just likely a groin strain, and rest and stretching should heal it just fine.
It was a week! With more on the weekend to show you next week! How was your week?
