I usually put the kids to bed, exercise for 30 minutes to and hour, shower, and then read a little before going to bed. Fortunately, I rarely have trouble sleeping.
I always take a hot bubble bath before bed , brush my teeth and say prayers. Sometimes I do have trouble getting to sleep which I hate.
My bedtime routine varies. Some nights the kids are harder to wind down and I don’t have time to do much.
Hot Shower, read a little to relax, usually no trouble sleeping.
I have quite a hard time falling asleep. My bedtime routine is washing my face and moisturizing, then reading for a while.
Usually a hot shower, some reading and then I usually fall asleep pretty easily- the hard part is staying asleep!
I drink a cup of herbal tea and write in my journal. Sometimes a take a hot bath. I am a very good sleeper.
my bedtime routine consists of the usual wash face,moisturize, take out contacts and brush teeth, and then crawl into bed and usually play on my phone for a couple minutes. By the time i get around to going to bed, i am so tired that sleep comes easily. I really love the Aromatherapy Sleep collection from Bath and Body works, my kids like the pillow spray and say that it helps them sleep.
I don’t really have a routine.
I just watch late-night television until I pass out.
I have essentials oil that I use to help me fall asleep.

I don’t have a set “routine” per say. I just listen to my body, whenever I feel sleepy I go to my bed 🙂
No real routine I just do things to try and get sleepy
I am going through menopause and so my sleeping pattern is way off, I will sleep for 2 hours then be up for four or five hours, and nights I work are when I get more sleep but not much.
I usually stay up till at least midnight and I have to be up at 6. I just am not tired before them and am a night person.
I am a night person so its hard to fall asleep before midnight sometimes I watch tv or read to help me fall asleep.
I’m an insomniac who has a lot of trouble sleeping. I zone out with the TV on until I do.
I stay up too late watching netflix and entering giveaways and then when I get into bed i think about the list of things to do…

I am retired and a bit of a night owl, so I stay up really late and get up late in the morning. I still sometimes have trouble falling asleep.
Usually a fight to get my 3 yr old to bed and then I usually wake up in the middle of the night to find her in my bed using my head as a foot rest.

Most nights I don’t have any trouble falling asleep. I do rub an all natural lavender balm on my wrists, neck, etc. to help with sleeping though before I go to bed.
I LOVE TAKING BATHS RIGHT BEFORE BEDTIME. IT CALMS ME AND MAKES ME SLEEP BETTER.
Sleep? What is sleep? It takes everything I have to fall asleep and stay asleep. I can’t use sleep aids because they make me feel drugged for days.
As I get older, sleep is more elusive. I don’t really have a bedtime routine-maybe I should come up with one!

I do have trouble sleeping but I just try to stay away from bright screens like my phone, computer, or tv for 30 mins before bedtime!

My bedtime routine is making sure everyone else is all tucked in & I lay down but I don’t sleep! I’m lucky if I get 4 hours but it doesn’t bother me too much anymore. I use to could sleep the day away but them days are long gone!
Occasionally I have trouble sleeping. A cup of tea sometimes helps.
I do have trouble sleeping so this would be awesome to try. Typically, I make a cup of hot green tea and then lisen to soothing music for a while and hopefully by that time, I can fall asleep.
My bedtime routine starts with obviously getting my kids ready and in bed then I start with myself cleaning my face, brushing & flossing my teeth, sometimes if a super stressed day will relax in a bubble bath. I do have troubles sleeping because I have bad neck and back pain at times, so i’m always tossing and turning.
