We just got back from an almost week-long vacation, and in this 2021 Catch the Moment 365 Week 39 shows one photo to kick off the trip. Oh, and my birthday started the week but not surprisingly the photo for my birthday is Lily. Go figure, right?

We got back late last night from our little adventure, which you’ll hopefully hear/see about in a full post at some point. Today was spent getting some new social media posts up and collecting the photos for this week & the upcoming week. I have the itch to get back to work fully, so I hope that can happen here and stay rolling.
This last week again is full of Lily, which I assume will be the new normal for this round-up.

2021 Catch the Moment 365 Week 39
Day 267 – Friday, September 24th – My birthday. Jason surprised me by taking me out to our favorite pizza place, Juliano’s, and inviting family to join us. It was a lovely surprise. Lily, at first, was content and sleeping, which quickly went away. Still, it was a nice dinner out.
Day 268 – Saturday, September 25th – Finally, I got her calmed by swaddling her and laying her on my legs. She was a handful.
Day 269 – Sunday, September 26th – Had some quiet morning reading time, which was lovely—reading Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan by Omid Scobie & Carolyn Durand. Reading time isn’t as often now, but I find time because it’s important to me.
Day 270 – Monday, September 27th – Big-eyed girl while Daddy tries to burp her. Jason’s first day of his second FMLA.
Day 271 – Tuesday, September 28th – It was time for an errand day before we hit the road for our road trip.
Day 272 – Wednesday, September 29th – The first day of our vacation, we wanted to get Lily & me in our explore shirts. Lily wasn’t having any of it, but you wouldn’t know that with this photo. I loved the way this one turned out. We were in Kennewick to visit my brother and let him meet little Miss Lily for the first time.
Day 273 – Thursday, September 30th – This picture is horrible, but I wanted to share it still. I was trying to get the sunset with the low-lying clouds; it was just beautiful but trying to get it through a dirty windshield while we drove didn’t do it justice. We were almost to see my sister for the evening, just hit Republic Washington.
How was your week?
