Am quite impressed with me for this 2018 Catch the Moment 365 Week 8. Why do you ask? Because not only did I get a photo for every day this week but also most were taken with my big girl camera. Yay!
There was a wide variety of images for this week but for us, it was just your average boring week. We had snow, which was pretty to look at and made some amazing evening skies.

2018 Catch the Moment 365 Week 8
Day 50 – Monday, February 19th – We ran down to the Woodburn Outlet Mall on Saturday. We went mainly to try and find Jason a couple pair of shoes. Sadly, he didn’t find a single pair. I, on the other hand, found these beauties. Had been looking for different hiking shoes that were waterproof and higher. Lucked out and found these cuties in the clearance area of Merrell. Can’t wait to get some decent hikes in this year. It is, after all, my year to explore.
Day 51 – Tuesday, February 20th – Snow started to fall and it was so pretty in the evening light that I had to go out and get some photos. Sadly, most of the photos I took were blurry. Sometimes I rock those night snow shots and other times I kind of fail. This was one of the least blurry shots. I love the way snow makes the night glow.
Day 52 – Wednesday, February 21st – We finally went out with our Wednesday soccer guys. I have been trying to get all, some of us, to go out for a long time now. And it finally happened. We just landed at Applebees because one, it’s near the soccer arena and two because no one else could give suggestions where to go and Jason and I had gift cards there. So that is where we went. It was a nice, while a little awkward. I think the more we do things like this the better it’ll be though.
Day 53 – Thursday, February 22nd – Originally I stepped out the back door to take a photo of the sky in the other direction. But, by the time I got out the door it was gone and thankfully I looked over and saw this beauty.
Day 54 – Friday, February 23rd – Am so grateful she is starting to get back into her bed. When I moved it over here she wouldn’t get in it for the longest time. But now she is getting up there more and staring outside for long periods. Much happiness. Of course, she had to have her ball with her.
Day 55 – Saturday, February 24th – Nature Box reached out to me to do a little Instagram sharing about them. This is the box of goodies I ordered to showcase on Instagram. So much yum. Day 56 – Sunday, February 25th – When it’s just Jason and me playing games we normally just play on the living room floor. Decided for this game it was easier to use the dining room table. Roxy was NOT happy about this little fact, as she normally loves running through the middle of our game and laying down. She pouted on the kitchen rug for a period. Then Jason brought her up to the table, she was much happier with being included. This also captures laughter for our word inspiration for this last week.
